Lê Thanh Thiên (Thiên Minh Quân) is the founder of Minh Quân Green — building AI Agent and automation systems for Vietnamese businesses. Tôi bắt đầu sự nghiệp ở các công ty FDI tại Việt Nam. Mười năm quản lý kinh doanh, làm việc với cả công ty Nhật, Hàn, Mỹ — từ tập đoàn lớn tới startup. Học được cách doanh nghiệp nước ngoài vận hành chuyên nghiệp, nhưng cũng thấy SMB Việt mình thiếu nhiều công cụ.
Năm 2023, tôi nhận ra AI không còn là tương lai — nó đang xảy ra rồi. Tôi nghỉ vị trí cũ, lập Minh Quân Green. Lao vào nghiên cứu hệ thống AI Agent từ Claude, OpenAI và những công ty đầu ngành. Thử nghiệm. Vấp. Làm lại.
Ba năm sau, tôi đã triển khai AI Agent cho 50+ doanh nghiệp. Tôi cũng mở kênh YouTube Thiên Minh Quân để chia sẻ mọi thứ tôi học được — miễn phí, cho ai cần.
Mục tiêu đơn giản: giúp doanh nghiệp Việt áp dụng AI một cách thực tế. Không lý thuyết hàn lâm. Không "AI làm giàu thần kỳ". Chỉ những gì đang chạy thật.
I started my career at FDI companies in Vietnam. Ten years in business management — working with Japanese, Korean, and American companies, from large corporations to startups. I learned how foreign businesses operate professionally, but also saw how much Vietnamese SMBs were missing in tools.
In 2023, I realized AI was no longer the future — it was already here. I left my role and founded Minh Quân Green. Dove into AI Agent systems from Claude, OpenAI, and other industry leaders. Testing. Failing. Trying again.
Three years later, I've deployed AI Agents for 50+ businesses. I also started the Thiên Minh Quân YouTube channel to share everything I've learned — free, for anyone who needs it.
The goal is simple: help Vietnamese businesses apply AI practically. No academic theory. No "AI miracle wealth" hype. Just what actually works.
